It has an extraordinary AutoFocus System that works super fast in photos and videos. Canon 90D offers significant improvements in Sensor, Processor, and other features than its predecessors like Canon EOS 80D.
In my opinion, it is one of the best cameras for people who want to shoot both photos and videos. Also, I would not recommend EOS 90D for complete beginners.
Instead, it would be best to try out some other DSLR cameras for beginners like Canon Rebel T7 and then come to a Camera like 90D
Even though it misses out on the in-built image stabilization, it still compensates by having different lens options with IBIS.
Overall, Canon EOS 90D is one of the best interchangeable lens cameras and it has the power to stand out in almost every type of photography or shooting condition.

It is essential to mention that the High ISO photos have no noise and image degradation. So, you can play with it to the fullest. Also, the EOS 90D offers above-average low-light performance.
Maybe not the best, but you can indeed accept the quality. Another vital thing to mention is that Canon 90D misses fast autofocus functioning in low light.
